You might see a difference between the number of cheats displayed on the OSD popup when starting a game, versus what's actually active.ģ. When PCSX2 loads the file it will still include each line item in the count, whether it's active or not. patch=1 means that the cheat/hack is active, while patch=0 means it's inactive.
